update: SOLD!
Nikon D40I’m finally letting go of my most trusted and incomparable war-horse.. errr.. camera, Nikon D40.

You might have a couple of questions about my Nikon D40 so I have done a FAQ covering most, if you have more questions please contact me at – anoop@anubimb.com, or use the contact form below .

Does Nikon D40 still produce good quality images?

You bet it does! The photographs at ANUBIMB stand testimony for the quality of the pictures the Nikon D40 can produce. Please check out the same if in doubt. Have no inhibitions of the camera condition – it’s as good as new, in fact my wife is sometimes jealous of how I treat my camera and calls it as my first wife!

Why sell?

There comes a time when every photographer has to make that hard decision of catching up with camera technology (mine is now). Besides, I’m not keen on lugging around two cameras wherever I go! BTW, I have upgraded to a Nikon D5200.

How much will it cost and what all you get?

Selling at a throwaway price of 12,000 Rupees.
> Nikon D40 with the kit lens (18-55mm lens) and all related accessories, except SD card
> Spare battery
> Tamron camera bag – can hold the camera + 1 lens

Reviews?

Read what Ken Rockwell has to say about the Nikon D40!

I could have posted an advertisement online but I wanted someone within ANUBIMB’s viewership circle to get the first chance in owning my Nikon D40.

I prefer the buyer to be from Bangalore as I can meet the buyer personally and hand it over to him/her.
