This is a monolithic statue of Bahubali, referred to as “Gommateshvara”, built by the Ganga dynasty minister and commander Chamundaraya. It’s 60 feet (18 m) in height and is situated above a hill in Shravanabelagola, in the Hassan district of Karnataka state, India. It was built in the 10th century AD.
The ISKCON temple at Bangalore is not your average Indian temple, it’s a modernized steel, glass and concrete structure. The ISKCON temple is located on top of a hillock and visible from quite a distance. This photo is taken from the top of my house.

This Eagle was found perched on the tree top next to our terrace in Bangalore.
In this Panorama Marina Bay Sands (huge three column building balancing a boat) is shown in the background of the Supertrees. We can also view the elevated walkway running between two of the larger Supertrees.
